The Eagles are one of my favorite bands, which is why I gravitated to its members when looking for stories to tell in each state. Randy Meisner, the bass player, was from Nebraska. I used 24 license plates to tell his story, and featured the Fender bass style. It’s a colorful piece, just like he is.

The Michigan tag is the G in Eagles.
